3 HJ Knives

Hey gang....Here are my three HJ's....one for each period. I have an early, a transitional and a late war example. I often consider selling these - but I just can't bring myself to do it! hahahaha
There's just something about these pieces!

Next up.....my tranny HJ by Henckels....Never was able to find out why the bottom of the scabbard was painted that way - but I have seen some period pics where the boys did this. Might have been a regional "thing".

The first is rare maker ! the second ja henckels is a great T R factory !!! is a great firm today !

Salut Pierre. I know about Henckels still making knives today....I didn't know G.Bell was a hard to find maker....bonus!

Hi Pierre,

salty ones you show, these have seen it all, the rising and fall of the third reich.
Bell is a hard to find maker, pity it has been sharpened.
Ive never seen a painted tipp HJ knife, interesting one, have to look into it when i find the time.
