    Default Grandfathers M7/42 HJ Knife

    Hi,
    So i was visiting my grandfather and he had this in his gun safe. I'll have to ask him for more details on how he got it but I know it was from a family member. I couldn't make out the last two numbers after M7 but using the codes list I found that it was 42 which corresponded with the W.K.C. emblem below it.
    I was just wondering what your community thinks of it?

    Good transitional Hj Knife and if my eyes dont decieve me with the early little diamond!
    Always lovely to see that dual logo on the blade!
    Snapwear on the hilt....looking good!

    That WKC Transitional hj knife has been well used !

    the scabbard finish is blued which is nice to see

    are there any traces of the Blut und Ehre motto left remaining ?
