Hi Ivan..Nice transitional..and a rare variant with the 1936 date. What makes this a heavy dagger for our readers?

Hey Larry
When you hold in the hand, you can feel the difference.
These WKC knives are super heavy, more than others, even earliest knives.
Even more than very early EPacks.
That is a beautiful blade right there........

Steve.
Big Difference Ivan !!... the density of the steel may be a contributing factor. I feel this with some of the smaller brand SA dagger crossguards.

Hi Ivan,
Wow, very nice blade my friend
Very hard to find a decent hj knife with such a crisp blade with origional crossgrain !
I have owned a few of these Transitional WKC hjs & they are most likely the heaviest hjs of them all
