he move , white party has several black spots
seems smaller than the opening , seems plated zinc

Looks to me like it's a replaced diamond.

Difficult if not impossible to say. If I had to say, I would lean towards post-war.

I agree also..to much of a gap..and off center. RZM7/13 comes back to Arthur Schuttlehoffer.

yes it moves from left to right and top to bottom
