A rough but genuine late period HJ knife by Arthur Shuttlehoffer. Maybe repurposed post war by changing the grips , not worth a great deal in todays collectors market, but whatever floats your boat .Does it have a scabbard? regards paul
Thanks for your help. Paul, . Unfortunately, it doesn't have a scabbard, it came in a lot with more items and it can look good as an ornament on my HJ shelf.
Regards.
Disserviced
Blade is pitted.

A bit too far gone for most blade collectors. But some people do collect relics so I guess everything has a market. It's the sort of knife you could use when you go fishing and not feel like you are abusing it.
Makes a great garden weed removal tool.
Otherwise not collectible.
Most common maker and in a bad shape.
