    Hi RH..other than the blade being ground down and sharpened on the front tip...the Knife itself..with a little TLC..would clean up to Excellent.

    Some better and younger eyes would suffice if they can read the RZM number as I cant seem to make it out through the blur.

    Looks like it could be RZM 91 which would be Carl Spitzer

    A shame, but I've seen far rattier. This should clean up well. Will never be a show piece, but you could do worse.

    M7/51/40 is the makers mark. It was defiantly used hard .

    Well used/sharpened & lost about a quarter of its blade length

    its better than a poke in the eye with a jaggy stick

    Ain't that the truth . My first youth knife I got from the vet that brought it back he used it as his Hunting knife for years . Gary
