Hi Max,

an overall nice HJ knife, i like the crossgrain and etch on this one.
I have seen that "bow" on other HJ knives, it looks like a way to sharpen the knives, a bit over enthousiatic perhaps?
Looks period, and not a resharpen act, but Always hard to tell.

I can see no trace of sharpening.
who knows? We probably will not know it.
