    and one more. this is original, made of iron and was covered with gold(it earased, ofcourse). what you can say about it.

    Hi, I'm sorry to say I don't like either. The first one is a common repro available now on ebay. So not very old. The pins are the giveaway. The second looks like an original steel m16; but it wouldn't have originally been painted gold, Cheers, Richard.

    M1895 Bavarian Buckle which i,m 99.9% sure is a genuine period buckle but would like some opinions from the experts to confirm my thoughts.
