    Hi Chaps, I thought I'd post my latest. It's a Prussian 1887 buckle (3 solder points). I've added a couple of pics of an 1847 (4 solder points) next to it for comparison,

    HI DUJAILAH. buckle dug in the Ukraine it is made of brass.
    I wonder why the small size of the roundel?

    POSSIBLE. I STILL NOT see in M 48 such Roundel.

    Yeah, I know what you mean. Could it be a WW1 period replacement because of damage to the original?
