Hi Ben, nice to see you on the Imperial thread mate I don't have one of these customs buckles. I've also seen them with a nickel body & a brass roundel which I understand to be the common variant, Cheers, Richard.

Nice early red cross buckle

HI DUJAILAH.I have bought not given out buckle shown by me on a photo. One I don't like its bad coloring easily washed off by solvent. It doesn't occur to other painted buckles. I think it from haste and deficiency of a good paint the war end.
