Difficult to visualise being worn in the beer balls at octoberfest/veterans parades.

In praticular the dove blue 10. Dragoon visor - very good looking.
I believe this to be a KR-era hat that was worn as a Verein piece in the Weimar era.
Hat is probably for Kgl.Sächs. Karabiner-Regiment (2.Schweres Regiment) (Borna) XIX Armee Korps.

Note that this thrifty WWI veteran simply took his KR dunkelblau visor and had a Kyffhauserbund band sewn over the red band:
