Could be Freikorps, or Verein:

This is an actual pre-1918 Model 1915 Preußen Infantry Officer's Schirmmütze with olive green visor for the Kriegs und Friedens-Uniformen (War and Peacetime uniform). It was undoubtedly worn after the war either as a Verein piece, or as part of a Freikorps unit (note the holes for a Weimar wreath).
