Top panel has been cut out (along with the sweatdiamond).
Seller says from the 20s; I would say it is an Alkero product from the mid-to late 1930s:
“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
This was at the SOS.
The hat is definitely a 1930s Pekuro.
I don't know if it is actually a KlM Verein piece, or a marine-related visor with KlM insignia added recently.
