    Dragoner-Regiment Nr 22 officer’s schirmütze from the Grand Duchy of Baden. The Grand Duchy had a total of three Dragoner-Regiments: 1. Badisches Leib-Dragoner-Regiment Nr 20, 2. Badisches-Dragoner-Regiment Nr 21, and 3. Badisches Dragoner-Regiment Prinz Karl Nr 22. They were founded in 1803, 1850, and 1850, respectively. Dragoner-Regiment Nr 22 was garrisoned in Mülhausen i.E, while 1. Badisches Leib-Dragoner-Regiment Nr 20 resided in Karlsruhe and 2. Badisches-Dragoner-Regiment Nr 21 was in Bruchsal-Schwetzingen. All three of the regiments were assigned to the XVI. Armeekorps, as were all of Baden’s regiments.

    Almost a match for the above, or a tad brighter yellow? DR 4's facing color was light yellow, with just yellow for DR 8 & Dr 16.

    Perhaps it's my monitor, but the shade of blue looks quite dark, as befitted ulan regiments.
    Could this cap be for the 3rd Garde Ulans, or the 11th or 15th regiments?
