    the cap in post 19 is quite similar!...
    It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

    Infantry NCO service cap for Wurttemberg I believe, circa 1900-1910 looks alot like mine, nice pick up.

    Spot on Id apart from the state John, the cockade is for Prussia on this cap. These caps were worn officially by NCO's pre 1907 and were issued by the regiments or bought by the soldier direct from the manufacturer if he was rich ! The other ranks wore the peakless field cap.

    Great price and the mothing is easily fixed on these caps .........cap needs a little tlc and it will look even better !

    I like this cap a lot and IMO the salty stuff is what's cool!
