    Interesting cross, friend...I really like the marking on the catch-never seen that before...

    Nice one
    I believe it might be made by Wagner and Sohn. They used
    a very similar hinge / plate setup. Not a very rare maker
    but the "800" silver stamp on the catch is something that
    is very seldom seen.

    I like it very much.

    On another forum, this manufacturer rejected. There is an opinion that the manufacturer Carl Dillenius, Pforzheim

    IMO, there is very little chance that this is a CD cross.
    Dillenius used two different core designs and neither
    matches yours.

    Take a look at the crowns and compare them to
    yours.---

    setups. One of which pretty much matches yours.
