Nice one
I believe it might be made by Wagner and Sohn. They used
a very similar hinge / plate setup. Not a very rare maker
but the "800" silver stamp on the catch is something that
is very seldom seen.

IMO, there is very little chance that this is a CD cross.by zeppelin
Dillenius used two different core designs and neither
matches yours.
Take a look at the crowns and compare them to
yours.---
