Justin, this album is for a soldier from the "103rd Infantry Division" not the "108th Infantry Division." German script from that time is difficult to read as some numbers/numerals were written down in a "swirly" way !....this is a fantastic album, with great photographs and terrific sense of history, thanks for showing, by the way J.R.32 is " 2. Thüringisches Infanterie-Regt. Nr.32 (Meiningen) " part of XI Armee Korps. I do have the history and composition of this Division, that included J.R.32. Prost ! Steve.

"The German Army is the perfectly adapted, perfectly running Machine. The difference is that the Germans are organised with a view to War...with the cold, hard, practical and business-like purpose of winning victories."
