Great pick Up Ralph!!!
I will be staying tuned into this thread to learn more about the 25 year jubilee oak leaf. I always enjoy learning something on this fantastic site!!!

The 25 year Jubilee spange could be bought and worn by anyone who
had earned the 1870 EK2 and was still alive in 1895.
The oaks were made by several different makers. There are roughly
20 known different variations. Plus several modern fakes. Most look
very close to each other with slight differences in font and patterns in
the veins in the leafs.
Here are some of mine. Of the 5 that I have, only two match each other.

Ralph,
I didn't mean to hijack your thread with pictures of oak leaves.
I am curious, what is the size of your 1870? I would like to compare
your wideframe against my AWS wideframe.
Thanks,
Greg

Thank for the additional info. Still being alive 25 years later is more logical. Here is my 1870.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
My AWS measures 43.6 with a beading to outside edge
measurement of roughly 3.9
