little toys.
A 1870 Ek2 collectible made by the Lowell Toys Mfg company of NY.
This one is still on it's sale card and it's original plastic wrap. But slightly
damaged.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
I have an 1870 myself, though when I got it I thought it was a veteran's piece or something of that nature, up to the 1930's. Nice to get the scoop, and see it is from a New York toymaker. Amazes me the stuff made in the Northeast that we would never think was all US made back then.
I only buy them when I can get them cheap. $10 -$15 max.
There is one on US ebay right now for $69 being sold as a "Iron Cross
Commemorative Medal" and there was one just resently for $169 that was
said to be a "Original 1870 iron Cross Miniature"
