What would you know about victory? I killed a she-wolf in her den, armed with only a knife. I escaped the Caughnawaga Indians who sought to burn me alive. And, I was the sole survivor of a shipwreck at the Battle of Havana. So you'll excuse me if I choose not to follow your advice." ―Israel Putnam speaking to a Continental Army officer at the Battle of Bunker Hill.

I can't help with the stamp, however it is a nice looking fob.

perhaps its a jewlers stamp, since that could not use gold or silver they made the fob out of iron/steel and its just their mark

perhaps since jewlerys ect could not use gold or silver they made the steel/iron braclets they stamped it , its is def high quality workmanship- just a random guess

I think the stamp is just the hallmark of the maker. This item appears to be a commemorative or gift type piece. Kind of like WHW tinnies from WW2. Donate your gold to help produce iron ore for the war effort. Or gold for strength. Not being a native speaker I'm not exactly sure what it says. Maybe I'm close.....manybe I'm not.

The mark is for Kollmar & Jourdan AG, Pforzheim, Germany. The photo is upside down.
