    Default 2x Different WW1 Feldflaschen

Picked up two different types of WW1 water canteens at the weekend. Think one may be Austro-Hungarian? the other German? The silver one Austro-Hungarian? without the jacket is stamped on the neck - Cloefer - 1/2L - MD4 - 1913 the capacity and date stamps are self-evident, not sure if Cloefer is the makers name ?and the initials MD4 have me puzzled. The other larger leather jacketed canteen is what I take to be a German WW1 water canteen, not been able see if its been stamped, but is it WW1 German ? Any info welcome
