    Hello Guys ,Thought i,d show my latest find ,it is a 1918 dated Weyersberg & Kirschbaum 98/05 in a 1917 dated frog.It also as a grey strap,white knot and grey twisted tassels attached ,not sure which regiment or battalion it belongs to so any info on that would be welcome,Regards Paul.

    Great looking "Butcher"! Don't know much about troddels, but I believe it is for 1st company of the 1st battalion, of what, I do not know. If no one has figured it out by the time I get home tonite, I'll have a look through my books and see what I come up with.

    Very Nice!!! I do love the Butcher Blades!!! Great looking frog to boot. The troddel looks to be in Great shape for its age.

    If I remember correctly, the gray strap and tassels denote wartime.
