    Amazing find. You are correct they are British POWs.

    The von Soden shown in the last photos of your first post is possibly this man

    Painstaking effort on the authors part... Incredible and a true piece of history..

    In some photos there is a heavy set officer that everyone seems to be looking at in awe????
