Any ideas on who these guys are?

Hi people, i found this photo at the Mauer park flea market in Berlin a few days ago, the placard in the centre says "Erinnerung an unsere rekrutenzeit 1913", it's seems quite a big photo for the time 24x18cm mounted on card and backed with an old German newspaper printed entirely in gothic script.
It'd just be interesting to find out the regiment etc. The only other marking on the photo is 76 next to the guys foot lower right.

Hmmm. they've got pretty distinctive schulterklappen but i can't find match.

Gunny, can you blow the photo up, around one of the shoulder straps, I have not the knowledge or equipment to do it...I am sure these fellows can be I.D.'d.....IMO they are from a Grenadier Regiment, not all Imperal German uniforms had "litzen" (around collar/cuffs) applied at this time, (Unlike WW2 German tunics) only certain Regiments...i.e. Grenadiers, Fusiler and Guard Regiments.....

Hope this helps, my macro lens aint too good but you can see the schulterklappen are quite distinctive.
