    Hi,

my collection is currently on hold and no good pieces since a long time. But from time to time something pops up and even if it's not my field of interest, I'd like to share it.

I've been told this buckle belongs to the Guard but I would appreciate more informations about it. It looks fine to me, comparing to what I know about WW2 buckles
    Thanks Matt

    Hello,

this belt buckle is indeed a guards one, as the stamping B.A.G. means "Bekleidungs Amt Garde" which can be translated into Guard Clothing Department

It is the only way to determine a guards buckle, as these are strictly identical to the standard ones
