I found this at a flea market yesterday. I know that it is Bavarian, but, is it military? And, how old is it? It looks to have some age. Thanks, Rob.

Yes, I believe it is indeed a Bavarian veteran's badge. Here are another examples posted by HPL2008. One of them looks like yours:

Not specifically WWI veterans, but vets in general. It's a generic badge used by Bavarian veterans' associations. The cloth "streamers" as seen in my two examples, but absent in this one, identified the actual association.
