Hello, don't know if this is the right topic to post it on since I have no knowledge about these. But what are these bayonets? Looks German as for the stamps maybe WW1? What do you say? One of them looks like Marine cause of the anchor? Would they bring any price?

    Thanks Sweguy

The first two are German exports from Argentina.........

First 2 are Argentine 1909, brass and aluminum scales. The next 2 look like 1894 bayonets with Swedish markings

These are beautiful and would make for a nice wall mounted display case

Thanks for inputs. So the "German" ones is made in Argentina and used by Germany? Were they used in the trenches? What would the market value be as for on the German and the Swedish Bayonets? Could be good to know if i'm gonna buy them.

    Best regards

The German made bayonets were sold/exported to Argentina for use
in their military....... I thought these were yours - especially after
you asked 'would they bring any price' ? !

    Steve.

Oh, sorry if confusing. No, they aren't mine but I have a wanted ad for military stuff and people want to get rid of their stuff. It's fun, you'll never know what you will find.. So what indicates it for being used by Argentina? Are these uncommon? How long were they used by the Argentina military? And what's for the price? Is it possible to date them as for the serial number?

    Best Regards Sweguy

The word 'Modelo.....' is just visible. When these bayonets were no longer
needed, the Argentine government had the wording (and national crest)
ground off. I bought one of these with a scabbard about 35 years
    ago for $25.........

That sounds like a good deal. Have been offered 150$ for the four items, does that seem like a good deal?
