Beer stein belonging to general/member of Reichstag

Article about: Okay, not exactly WW1, but I searched him (or it was another Reichlin von Meldegg and he was a general and military tactician. Beer Stein says it's from 1856..some German I can't quite make

    Yea, he was from a long line of barons and influential people. Located in Überlingen, Baden. I believe he fought against France
