Just got this beauty delivered. I know it's a common medal, but I like the design. This one is a P.& C.L. - Paulmann &Crone (Lüdenscheid).

Having the award document made it an instant buy for me

A fine catch! In fact, I got a tip (which I'm going to buy) documents in all three, "Fur Frontkamper,Fur andere Kriegsteilnehmer and even rarer fur Witwen und Eltern. When i get them i will post pics of them.

Excellent I'm a big fan of document & award sets, especially if they come from the same soldier. I have a WWI set that I have not posted yet with a Das Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs, the matching button ribbon, a Verwundetenabzeichen, ID tag and veterans badge, with all documentation as well as some other letters. One of my favourite finds.
