Another great piece brother, interresting document sorry I can help you on this.
Rich, very interesting document, thanks for showing, but I am not convinced this is an actual "award" of an Iron Cross, I am unable to read the content sufficiently to roughly translate , can you put down word for word, so that an attempt can be made ? a German speaking member may be able to put this "Urkunde" into some pospective.
Prost ! Steve.
Thanks for the help guys! It looked neat so I think it was worth the $2 I paid for it. Rich A. in Pa.

Great piece for that low price !
It looks like it's from a German-American League. Is there a US printers mark
anywhere on it ? I can see 'Philadelphia, Pa. USA' and something else
printed just below the seal, but cannot make it out..............
Regards,
Steve.

I think Steve is right. There were many German/American organizations in the US between the wars.
This is the first document like this I have seen but I have seen many German veterans pins that have
made in the USA stamped in them.
I have a mini EK that hangs from a hand embroidered US flag. I guess that this belonged to someone
in such a group.
