The catch and pin make me think it's made by Otto Schickle, but best wait for Adrian, Nick and the other EK guys to comment.

I agree. I would say that this piece was made just prior to or during ww2.
The core details look very much like my one piece Otto Schickle. I will have
to go on Ned's word about the pin and catch. I'm not up on my TR era
pins.

Thank you Gents, i've searched on that maker and i think you are right Ned, it has the same catch and pin, also the crown and the W looks simular as the ones i found to compare!
