    Hello people.

I have just bougth these 2 medals. The iron cross 2º class.

What do you think about them?. They are made in three pieces. One has marks in the ring(M?W, but not sure). The other one it seems to have marks , maybe numbers, but it is hard to say.

    Two perfectly fine examples.
The first one posted is made by MFH. If you post a good close up of the marks
on the 2nd cross, I might be able to help identify it.

    schum,

You have two lovely crosses! The first is stamped, MFH which is still of an unknown manufacturer. The second, when you get a chance, could you please provide a picture of the stamp? I believe your second cross may be made by Godet judging from the crown on your core.

    Again, nice additions!

    Regards,

    Hello.

I have tried to take a good photo of the marks, but sadly I have been unable to do it.
Anyway, I think they are unreadable.

    Thank you for the information.
    Regards.

If you have access to a document scanner, sometimes they work for
getting close up details of crosses.

Here is a scan of the maker's mark on my Wilm Ek2--
