Very nice collection. He must have liked EK's quite a lot.
Great to see First Class with inscriptions as well !
Were these Vet 'bring-back' items or a
collectors grouping.........?

Steve.
Whenever possible, try to use natural sunlight. It has the full spectrum of light and I've always had the best results with it. Great tunic,by the way! William

jHAM...Nice items/collection...especially for free ! the German tunic you show is a converted "Waffenrock" (Parade tunic) probably for "Volksturm" use...by the way the last medal, bottom row, first picture, is displaying the wrong ribbon..it is a Bavarian long service medal and should have a light blue and white striped ribbon, it appears to be displaying the Hungarian Combatants 1914-18 medal ribbon.
Prost ! Steve.
What a great Uncle to have!

Looking for the photo albums of Leutnant Emil Freitag, 3. / G.R. 377
I never noticed the inscription on the rear of the EK I ! (my old eyes !) it would be nice to have a close-up of the inscription....
Prost ! Steve.
