EK Identification - please

I can't find this thing anywhere. It doesn't have the black on both sides, so either this is a fake, or I'm looking in the wrong place? Help please.

It does not have a date, on either side, nor does it have a swastika so I have moved it to the Imperial section. It appears to be one piece with poor detail as well.
I wouldn't hold my breath on this one.

My best guess is that it is a 1-piece cast bit of biker or surfer jewerly
