Found in a box of junk,looks german but before ww1,anyone know what it is?
It is from a German touring club, 1909/1910.
For 6 hours driving, I believe 169 km.

It actually says "Allgemeine Radfahrer Union", which means "General Cyclist Union".

Thanks for the great info!Maybe it was brought over here by a german immigrant,probably needed the money and sold it for the silver content,its marked 990 on the edge,almost pure silver.Yeah 100 miles on a bike of that era would be something!We have Ragbri here in Iowa,a large group start at the west border of the state and end up dipping their bike tire in the mississippi .A couple hundred miles, but they are using high tech modern mountain bikes,and they are still hurting when they finish,if they do!
