Help with ID of ribbons

Trying to find out what the two ribbons on the right side of the bar are can't find any info on them . Any thoughts?

The EA is also known as the Kriegsverdienstkreuz (War Service Cross and the reverse inscription actuall says "for sevice in war") which might be confused with the WWII KVK by the unwary!
