Article about: Dug up this old pipe bowl ages ago, Can anyone identify the Helmet on it ? Im presuming its German,because of the Eagle and the Cross on the front. Any ideas Thanks Mick

    What date would these Helmets have been used ?
    The pipe was dug from a 19th Century Tip here in Australia.

    The Prussian Gardede-Du Korps helmet was first introduced in 1842-3 and continued on right up into WWI.
