Got this today, supposedly for the 16th Infantry Regiment. Would that perhaps be the 16th (3rd Westphalian) Infantry "Baron Sparr" Regiment?
Marked on rear with "800". Thanks for looking and any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's marked as 800 silver, but it looks awfully like brass...?
