    Tom, a nice rare piece ! a Tarbush/Fez eagle...made of white metal, worn on Shutztruppe Askari headgear, East Africa and the Cameroons. See here....

    Actualy I don't think it is for the fez or the Askari Tarbush, I think it is rather for a spike helmet .
    Always looking for Belgian Congo stuff!
