Help with saxon regiment

Could a Form member confirm the authenticity of the enclosed buckle? I have looked at other examples on the Forum and it seems to pass muster – to my inexperienced eye!
If genuine, I would like to ask for additional help with identity of the unit stamped on the edge? Could it be an artillery related?

Any assistance will be most welcome.

this is a perfectly sound example of the standard saxon buckle made by G.H. OSANG in Dresden

The marking 19 A.F. 4 means that this buckle was part of the 19 th foot artillery regiment, 4 th battery, garrisoned in Dresden Riesa

This regiment was the second saxon regiment of foot artillery

Saxon buckles are very often found with regimental markings and this one is a good example
