I've come across this unusual piece...I speculate it's a privately purchased cross for WWI veterans...any opinions?
I'm quite sure this was produced in the 1920s...
cheers, Glenn

never seen one before Glenn.
I have seen a couple before but unfortunately I didn't
pay much attention to the postings. At best it is a
veterans association pin. More than likely it is a piece
of patriotic jewerly.
( i would think an association pin would have the name
or symbol of the group somewhere on it )
Of coarse, the other option is that it is a pure fantasy piece.
wish I could be of more help.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
I´d say patriotica, but hardware looks terrible, as on modern fake crosses.
