The core looks to be the same as those in the
"Victoria DRGM" screwback crosses.
( I have one posted in this thread somewhere )

Does the cross feel very light weight? I have 2
Victoria screwback crosses and both are very
light when compared to say a Godet or Meybauer.

Hard to put a date to it. But it is definitely pre ww2.

Victoria screwbacks are fairly uncommon and to my
knowledge this is the first pinback that shows a connection
to them.
