84/98 2nd pattern sawback bayonet
Great photo -would like to know about it. Regiment is the Reserve 111 Infantry Regiment (Infanterie-Regt. Margraf Ludwig Wilhelm (3. Badisches) Nr.111(Rastatt) XIV Armee Korps). Of interest in photo is the 1888 rifle with the '98 belt set and the cap worn by the seated soldier. The cap has a black band (service/specialty troops) and not the red of infantry.
