Looks like a private purchase sword - don't know the model name I'm afraid.
The full name of the unit is 2. Kurhessisches Feld-Artillerie-Regiment Nr.47.
According to this link the title was granted in 1902.

Looks like a nice pre-1914 field artillery private purchase sword for enlisted ranks. I would estimate value at $ 350-400. If it was to a cavalry regiment, the price would be higher.
