    Iron Cross SilverwareI picked this up a while ago. Light wood and cardboard box, 2 clasps. Iron cross logo on top of the box. inside there is a knife fork spoon and napkin ring, beautiful iron cross motifs box is velvet and silk,black and gold roping around the inside of the box. silver plated mark on cutlery is Anchor Symbol + DEP.
    I know vets could buy items like this after the war and I have found only one other spoon which was unplated. anyone have maker info,rarity ect?

    excellent pieces , crisp detail , I would be very surprised if these were not Authentic pieces .

    I added a picture of the pewter version of the spoon.
    I know If I can find 2 related with items surely someone will know something ( you the experts) and i should find it on further research.

    Hi,
    What is the stamp on the knife handle? It can
    be seen in picture #9. Just below where the
    handle meets the blade.

    That is a great set. I have seen individual pieces
    turn up on ebay from time to time but this is the
    first I have ever seen a full set like this.
