Looking for help identifing this ribbon bar set.

Hi everyone! I'm currently in the process of identifying this ribbon bar set and many others! This one by far has been challenging. Im hoping for a name or possibly a picture of the guy. Thank you and any help is apricated!

Hi. It does not seem difficult. The first two ribbon bars (of twelve ribbons) are the same although the ribbons of the medals are not exactly in the same order. The third and fourth ribbon bar are, again, the same, but to use in two rows.
All seem to belongs to the same person. When I get home tonight I'll tell you what they are. From eleven I am totally sure. About one I have doubts.

Hi,

the last ribbon is of Finnish Liberty Medal 2nd Class.

A remark: Red Eagle Order with Swords has the same ribbon as Iron Cross. Besides, it should be placed directly after IC. So, the white ribbon with orange stripes could be of Allgemeines Ehrenzeichen, but swords are not correct (also the China Medal ribbon should be without swords). The lower bars were probably rebuilt, beacuse same decorations have different seqeunce.
