M16 - BF 64 - Garde Helmet
This one arrived today. I really like the mail home label, from Corporal James T. Jargo, to a family member who apparently lived at the Lowry Hotel in St. Paul Minnesota, misspelled "Lowery" in the address. One liner pad is detached, but it has a complete, albeit fragile, chinstrap, and all of the pillows behind the pads. Hope you like it. Jim G.

Gotta love the old mail home helmets! Couldn't ask for better history than that! You wonder why Corporal Jim chose That particular helmet-did he "acquire it" himself? An excellent M16!
