Reproduction spare parts often popup on eBay, but your best bet is to go on eBay Germany and trawl through what the antique dealers on there are offering for sale. You will often find original parts, but not always cheap.

Maybe £300 to £350... it really depends on what someone is prepared to pay. I'm a haggler when it comes to buying, so I'm not really the best person to ask when it comes to values. I would sooner walk away from an item than pay more than I thinks its really worth in my mind.
