Medal bar Iron Cross

Hi everyone, I was hoping anyone of you knowledgeable friends could give me some information regarding this medal bar. For instance if the medals are originals, what is that other medal, their condition, is the bar profesionally made, potential price etc. Thank you all for your time and valuable info.

I see nothing wrong with the bar.

It shows its age with some minor fading and patina, but is in nice condition.

The other medal is the Kriegsdenkmünze 1914/18 des Kyffhäuserbundes [War Commemorative Medal 1914/18 of the Kyffhäuserbund] with the swords device indicating an active combatant.
